This valve is widely used in sampling from under tank or pipeline system aseptic conditions and can be sterilized before or after the sample. Materials sealed by diaphragm directly. No second-time contamination and suitable for batch or mini sampling. It is widely used in the wine, beverage, diary, and pharmaceutical industries.
The Diaphragm should be replaced after every 100 sampling operations or sterilization operations maximum as the sterilization temperature for dry stem is 135 -150 degree C with a time limit less than 20 min. The condensation water may damage the diaphragm if the stem is not dry.
