Double Seat Valve

Double Seat valve provides for the safe separation of incompatible fluids in a compact design with significant advantages over traditional block and bleeds installations. By integrating two butterfly discs and independent vent/drain valves into a common housing, the Double Seat valve completely isolates the cleanable leakage chamber with a single valve housing and actuator. In case of accident or leakage, the product will flow into the leakage chamber and be discharged through the leakage outlet. This will not cause contamination or mixing. When the valve is open, the leakage chamber is closed. The product can then flow from one pipe to another. CIP system can be used to clean the valve.
